Your billing details are in good hands. All our billings are handled by a secure third-party payment provider.

Is this a long-term commitment?

No. There is no long term contract. StorageRoom is a pay-as-you-go service. You simply pay month-to-month. If you want to, you can cancel at any time. You will be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

How does the 30 day trial work?

If you cancel your paid plan within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged anything.

Do I get a 30 day free trial if I upgrade?

No. The free trial is for new accounts only.

Can I change plans?

Absolutely. If your needs grow, you can always select a larger plan, if you want to downgrade, select a smaller plan that fits your needs.

Why don't I have unlimited API requests?

We have costs that we have to cover, so we have to charge for the extensive usage of our API. Each plan therefore has an included amount of API requests. You will be notified by email once you get close to the limit.

What type of payments do you accept?

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard payments. We don't accept PayPal and we won't be able able to accept a purchase order.

What browsers work with StorageRoom?

StorageRoom works will all modern browsers and was tested with Internet Explorer 9+, Firefox 4+, Chrome 11+ and Safari 4+.
